hey, i just tried 022- 28529309 this no and it works too... also try the extension no 673 => chirag n 674 and 554... just to avoid waiting in the queue... it wud connect u directly to the cust care rep... just try it out.....

i guess they are a startup firm and are running short of workforce....but they are not totally fraud as in they did my tickets after 1 week of booking failure successfully.... all i'll suggest is to try calling them around 8-9 in the morning...they usually respond in around 7 8 mins.
