Alienx, what you say is correct. Incidentally my case is different, I am friendly to the Eastern Region Head who is also a VP of Citibank. I guess my issue got dragged for long but finally got resolved.
Citibank finally in the fag end of March 07, ( after repeated follow up every week ) gave me the required credit but as it was to be accross various accounts of mine, they gave the wrong amounts in the wrong names/accounts while the grand total was right. I have time and again compared the fares of Paramount with Deccan and noticed they are same as Indian Airlines. Its absurd to even compare Jet with Deccan. Jet is not a LCC. LCC = Low Cost Carrier. Deccan has a market share of a shade below Jet and above IA and others.
