update. ========= On April 18th, item is not delivered yet. For last 2 days its in KRPuram ( 2 kms far from my house ) and now next delivery date is April 20th. Gati, service provider does not work on Sunday so April 19th is not possible. I have no words for Gati and Infibeam. I ordered on read more...
Thanks Mouthshut for helping me out. No thanks to MMT for returning my money to me after 2.5 months and a lot of calls. For sure I will never use any of your services and will tell all my knowns to not to use.

The only thing matters is 'after sales service' I won;t go for APC in my life, even a single instance shows that how they treat their customers!!! These companies think that our money comes 'free' and its their right to sell their product and forget us forever. Amit

100% agree over this. I booked tickets thru agent and he charged me 300 rs per ticket as extra. I had to book '3' tickets, so I gave him ticket price + tatkal charges + 900 rs. IRCTC is making a lot of money thru this.
