I am the mother of seven very wonderful children-all accomplished adults. I have a great husband of 34 years and am a retiree enjoying the good life in Florida. I am a transplanted New Yorker who is horrified by the events of Sept 11th..a date that will live in infamy. Please let us pray for all those lost souls and all their suffering families. God Bless Claire PRAY FOR WORLD PEACE. I love duplicate bridge, crafts and the internet. I am a Silver Life Master in Bridge. My physcial activity is quite limited to swimming which I participate in on a daily basis. Crossword puzzles also take up a good deal of my leisure time.

Great article but you neglected to say that there is NOWHERE to take lessons on use of the mac. Even the public schools offer adult ed in pc. but none in mac. Can't find anyone really conversant in mac. HELP!! Claire (aka grandmacmj)

Many of your negative comments could apply to 'democratic' socities as well. Unfortunately, police frequently are full of themselves and believe they are above the law. Police frequently fail to realize their real role in society and proceed like storm-troopers. Claire
