Litigation ruled out I went to the local police station for this and they basically brushed their hands off stating that i should have done the due di0ligence before hiring the agency. While they are not totally wrong.. i was expecting some more help from them.. given up the issue for now.

Whats your height mate? i am 5 feet 8 and was able to sit pretty comfortably in this car's last row. the only point of pain was the access to the last row which might become tight for a fat guy.

Vickyvj: i guess you are dealing with the fake Agarwal movers and packers. the real ones are a Pvt Limited company and not t he one you have mentioned below.
