GOOD news atlast .. I have got back my investment with Sterling holidays with interest, legal cost as well as compensation for mental agony last week. My advice to those affected by fraud of any nature by any company.. GO TO CONSUMER COURT
Further to my above posting, I am glad to inform consumers that my case against Sterling Holoday resorts has been ACCEPTED by Tamilnadu State consumer disputes redressal commission and Hearing has started. I hope to get Justice soon

Makemytrip I am yet to get my refund...Makemy trip is ONLY sending computer generated standard mails without any useful information. Whan indigo have refunded 100% amount why make trip is holding it?

Within a few hours of posting my request, I received a call from Indigo to confirm that they have waived cancellation charges for both flights. Hats off to you CEO Indigo and your Team. Hats off to mouth shut team too.
