To add to the agony.. i returned the products which as per the courier company it has been delieverd on 01.05.12 and till date they are saying that the product has not been received.... WHT CRAP...... This is my last comment on mouthshut regarding this useless portal... coz now my next complaint wi read more...
if u hv shopped from them, pls share your order nos and products coz else its difficult to belive that FNY can do a good job......
fashionandyou is hell bent on only giving store credits and not a cheque.... This is my first and last order from FNY and would give these store credits to some1 else to exhaust...... I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ANY1 TO SHOP FOR APPARELS (ESP) FROM FNY.....

i had similar experience twice of getting defective products delivered. The chase to get a refund is nothing less than winning gold in Olympics....... It high time that jabong team wakes up and realises that customers are not dumb. this is a buyer's market and not a seller's market.
