I think I too will have to change my mind about going for a Refrigerator from a Company which isn't responsible for its after sales. Thanx all these reviews are very helpful in making a right decision. Don't want to get a headache home.

You mean the after sales service is BAD in Panasonic ??? But is this the only thing you experienced, how about its cooling ? And most importantly how much does the installation charge since we are on a transferable job ?
