that's very strange. i've used their services and never had any issues. have you contacted the company? You can call on their customer care number: 1800 - 102 - 9300, 1800 - 22 - 9300 or even

sir, for a senior citizen i feel it is advisable to always choose the best brands that also offer good service. you obviously wouldn't want to keep following up. from my experience, i suggest you consider Daikin AC for your home. Their products are the best, and their service is excellent too.

my company first purchased a mitsubishi but the cooling wasnt sufficient, plus we were looking for soundless cooling. we replaced it with daikin ac and it worked awesome for us :)

i have never faced a problem with daikin acs. my world is surrounded by them, and their cooling is soundless!

that's strange, my company too has many daikin acs and it works fine. Rarely do we call for service in bbetween. did you talk to the customer service?
