I purchased item of few hundred rupees and was victim of their pathetic service, so it doesn't matter how big or small your order is, these guys are useless and will remain that way.

@Abhi2615: ya that will be like bad to worse for customers, but it looks like SnapDeal is no more in collaboration with MouthShut (their account expired or they backed out) and I am sure about that as SnakeDeal created an user account and responded to some people through that but MouthShut marked th read more...
and the number of reviews having 5 star reduced from 22% to 21%.
@abhi2615: I agree with you, after reading your review I checked and no. of reviews reduced from 1341 to 1320. I am sure SnapDeal people won't have rights do that, MouthShut must be doing this and most probably they will be removing the fake reviews from SnapeDeal as their Recommended By percentage read more...
