at last i won the case against Timtara in consumer court yesterday. the court passed the order to refund money back to me. I hope Timtara will respond to court orders positively and refund money as Timtara dont have any morals or business ethics.

Please goto nearest consumer forum and explain this to them. They will guide you. Generally Consumer forums are located in district court premises and are very friendly people.
for that 10 to 15 people like me who were victims of TIMTARA should file complaint combinedly. Then only its possible. If any1 interested comment here.

court postponed the judgement to next month. They(timtara) are even cheating the court. they accepted their mistake and asked the court to give some more time to refund the money.
