look at the case no 871 and 872 in the high court the company is trying to get relief from the negotiable instrument act. The case is similar to filing of bankruptcy. There is no mention of fema in that. I think its all over.

Humaraguru is right currently my Chartered Accountant is verifying the company details on the MCA's Website(www.mca.gov.in) by paying Rs.50/- and he is also giving the same review as given by humaraguru. Hope the money from company comes fast
