I thought its been a week so I should provide an update. Finally courier picked up in 3rd attempt! hurray. NOw I have been told to wait for 3 weeks for money to be refunded :) which they took in 3 seconds online....So waiting to see if I can get it back without any problems ....

day 3 update: Why you are the WORST SNAPDEAL I have tried sending the product twice. First day courier person didn't pick it up as he was on bike and didn't have enough space. First of all I would thanks MOUTHSHUT as SNAPDEAL contacted me after reading the review. And again offered me to look into this within next 24-48 hrs which is their standard line to copy and paste. Now the new twist in the story. The courier didn't come for whole day and someone called at 8.15 read more...
