I strongly believe that if you are able to accept the weaknesss of the other person you will have a happy life and then things like Religon, language, Culture etc. become secondary. Hope this time MS doesn't remove your review from here. Aurbind

Nice review as always. I think its good that mouthshut has made this mandatory to write reviews under the topics listed else it will not remain systematic. The definition of a manager you have given is generic although with profile, definition of a manager can change. As pointed out by one of the members it will be nice to read about women as leaders.
