A perfect Aries. Married and having one Kid of Age Ten. We stay as a Nuclear family and enjoy every movement of life in a positive way. My daily routine. Morning walk of 5 to 6 kms. I try do my Sudarshan kriya (Art of living) 9.00am Breakfast. The full day in office with lunch break (Home) 45 min Have dinner at 7.00pm and sleep by 10.00pm. Try to avoid fried foods, sweets, Chocolates deserts and junk foods. Eat healthy and think positive. Music, Movies, Travel, Shopping, Making New friends, & Eating all types of Food (Sometimes Cooking & Eating only Vegetarian Food) (No Eggs)
