I fully agree with you. The only old timer in their HR is Bala who behaves as though Bechtel is his father's company. I received a relieving letter a full year after I left the Company! Bechtel India still do not have much in the way of projects - a serious reflection of lack of faith in its top management. Six sigma is best left to the manufacturing industry.
