It depends on how much is the care driven. I bought a fully loaded No'04 model for 2.25, petrol version. But the car is in excellente condition with all 5 tyres being brand new. Big Tv is real good in terms of the calrity and the yearly plan comes real cheap..The only hitch is their customer service i.e installation to user query resolution. I wud suggest you opt for the conusmer court and sue them...if you have a work order number then the are liable to install it within 48 hours..you easily get compensated for the trauma you went thru

There are issues with Big TV post installation. I have been using it since 1st Sep' and from the past couple of days for a few hours all channels reflect in black and white...and during rains the signal is lost for a few seconds...I suggest you all wait for a month or so and then check it out.

Even i faced an installation delay of 49 hours from the time of generating the work order. But now i am enjoyng the service for its quality of its transmission. I had reveiwd a lot before opting for Big Tv. i agree to the fact that Reliance shouldnt have hurriedly launched the service as they are short of man power. The ETA for installation is the only problem with Big tv..I dont think tata sky or Dish tv can even come close to the transmission quality offered by Big Tv. Even i waited for 3 days before it was installed but once done, i was amazed to see the picture quality..

i have gone thru the same issue cycle. Fortunately someone came down to my place and installed it today. And i a am extremely pleased with the quality i am seeing....Apart from the installation headache there is nothign to complain abt the product quality.

I agree to all of you regarding the installation....i bought it on 3rd..and they said they wil install it by 4th 2 pm...no one has caleld nor has anyone turned up for the installation...dunnno if i can expect anything from them..am really regretting the decision.
