Shailendra, the problem is not with the infrastructure. The biggest problem is the pathetic customer service, which is provided by untrained babus who couldn't care less whether u keep it or throw it away. The concept of aftersales service is anyway lacking in india, but with BSNL it is nonexistent.

Dear Rajesh, I have seen this modem being used by none other than a bsnl employee, and you are right!!! It works pretty well, so well in fact that original bsnl 3g data card was not working but the sim worked great with this modem. Good product and good review. Keep it up..
