My Intention was not to criticise people on their knowledge. I was talking about the expectation of people regarding a service which is still at infant stage . Deccan's Policy says no refund . Pls go through the manualand if you try booking over phone they confirm this . regarding Flight cancellations they aregetting better eventhough i never faced a single one
Iam not saying that nobody is knowing about broadband. But think generally, its going over head laid through public roads.
