I faced similar problem for my 1.5 Ton RAV019EMD. The AC was not getting cut off. After persistent phone calls to company, they have replaced the entire PCB.

You are very right. HD signaling in India may take at least a year or two. If your existing TV is in Good condition do not rush to upgrade wait atleast a year more. 40inch may come down to Rs 40K range in a year.

I don't agree. The service may be not upto mark (Dont expect any service from budget hotels) but definitely there wont be bribing. I am 100% sure about it being a Goan.

HDFC/ICICI or for that matter any private banks are here to make money. Have you checked SBI lately. I am at least getting very good service from SBI. I have a salary account is HDFC but have never and will never get any credit service from them. They are simply too expensive.

Congratulations. Most probably you are last few lucky ones to buy a real value for money car. Esteem is no nonsense car. My Esteem gives me about 15.5 in City and 18.5 in highways (75% AC). I generally drive light with two passengers.
