I disagree with your observation that ebay provides 100 % guarantee. I have stopped buying from ebay because they do not honour their ebay guarantee claim. Sellers send defective products but ebay does not offer refund/replacement for it. Amazon and flipkart is better when it comes to refunds.

Samsung TV start to malfunction as soon as warranty is over. The customer care is pathetic. Repair costs are as much as that of a new TV.

Yeah.. the ipod touch has a scratch resistant screen... didnt know it was 'medical grade glass' though ! Thanks mathen for pointing that out. hi. It is vey unfortunate that your car met with problems so early. FORD has the worst service network and customer support is non-existent.
