@princessofGod: The pressure reducing device is free of cost, if it is required at the time of installation of pureit Marvella. But if you require this after installation then it is not free. But you should negotiate.

The same thing happend with me. The reason behind this is high water pressure. You have to install a device to reduce water pressure which comes free at the time of installation.
