Jet airways is a benchmark in airlines in india, but now kingfisher is catching up and to be true to ones's heart, Kingfisher is better than Jet in iterms of service..

As others said, incidence like this happens in all the carriers. As it's a air travel boom time in india added with Information overload, such incidents get's blown out of propostion

Rightly said, The Book fails to keep up the promise and all the Hype created. I too read the book on a journey and left wondering.. what he really want to convey. May be its for people who seek Gyan or Inner Peace.. (I don't mean to offend!) Not for Gen X. Torture panrangappa...!
