Dear Ram, If you go to any other service provider in the world do you get free service? RECOUP has always had a policy of charging consultation fees on every visit. Many doctors charge 1000 rupees for single consultation and allow you to see them for free over 1 week or so. Dr. Sharan's consulta read more...
