Buy a multivitamin tablet. These contain all the vitamins minerals and some more listed above. In my case I take a centrum tablet everyday.

I have a similar experience at TGIF. The ambience is good. Food ranges from just average to fantastic. Drinks/cocktails are okay (just regular stuff you get anywhere). I went to Zaks when I was very new to bangalore. Actually just stumbled on the place. Five years later, went with my wife there. Drove over 18 Kms to go to that place. If you are new to Fraser town and need directions, just drop me a mail I can mark the place out on google earth.

You have point by point echoed my sentiments. I have travelled over a dozen times now with Air deccan. I have faced delayed flight, unhelpful attendants, jostling by passengers etc etc. But that is what I expected and that is what I was prepared for. My comment might be biased because I hate dominoes. Pizza corner is also mostly worthless. I like pizza hut. There are others who are better but they don't deliver to my house. Also Pizza hut delivery is quite good.
