Thanks Rohan. Yes, eventually I did get the Pizza for free. I escalated the problem and called them again the next day. Spoke to somebody who was apparently the main guy in Delhi, and he assured me that it was a one-off incident, and that I should give them a chance. I said the issue is not just of read more...
Sweets, yes I didn't believe this either, and that is exactly why I posted the review.
