yeah.there was this asst. manager called Abhishek Agarwal who helped us recover 5k+. this guy showed some interest in helping us initially. later he stopped replying also. u can email him at abhishek.agarwal@matrix.in. it took us a month to get the above amount. I know the amount of shock you must have gone thru. We went thru the same a few months ago. They are just out there playing with our credit card and swindling our money! call your credit card company and put a block on the future transactions where Matrix is concerned.
