I have exact same issue, bus got cancelled and when I call the bus operator they said they already informed Redbus to do the refund. But when I contact redbus they say the refund didnt approve by bus operator. Booked 5 tickets lost hard earned money. :(

I was there before 1 hour and bus operator told me the bus cancelled. And when I contact Redbus they said service never cancelled and we can't refund. I booked 5 tickets and lost big money :(

had similar experience my ticket got cancelled before refund by bus operater but i didn't get refund also lost around 3250 just because I booked tikcet in redbus. My costly and big mistake by booking ticket in redbus

have same experience when I booked from vijaywada to Hyderabad. But they charged me double and didn't give refund. Its definete nexus between Redbus and the bus operaters. You always regert if you book tickets in redbus.
