I guess this paints a very rosy picture of HSBC and is not reflecting the reality. My experiences have been total opposite. I believe this bank has shady policies - like delay sending the cheques for collection with the motive of making money in late fee and charges. Thanks, -Sriram

Hi, I am amazed at how many of us have had similar problems. I too was charged late fee when I had paid on time. Hi, I have been a victim of HSBC's shady practices. I paid on time, but they purposefully delay sending the Cheques for clearance and charge late fee and charges. I have had a very bad experience with HSBC and I wish RBI looks into the shady policies of this bank and throw them out of the country. I also think the bank can make more money by shutting down its customer service dept. It is just waste of space Thanks, -Sriram
