I live in New delhi .. I am simply prasanna.I am a call center executive now working at a IT company in new-delhi as a quality control executive . I am interested in driving ( occationally go for a outing with my hubby ) , interior decoration and cooking .I like to write stories and review also . I am not a star writer but my articles have been published in 2-3 portals , also I have supported wikipedia for over 100 articles , previously I was a silent member of Mouthshut but just few weeks ago I took it seriously ...hope to write more if you support . thanks

You have put the mobile phone in the luggage of cabin baggage ? I think u have put that in the luggage . thats a mistake . for me also these things happened , the customer care service dont care , you read my reviews and see.... however I always record what I am speaking to the customer care and for that I had filed a case against a bank and won.
