Just today, I formally filed a complaint against Tikona at http://www.core.nic.in/ Ministry of Consumer Affairs. I am hoping that they will take care of it. You can also complain there.

I faced all kinds of problems when I was using and finally disconnected their service, but my problems did not end there. Please read my review and comment in my post 'Tikona, A Triangle Hate Story.' I have filed a complaint at www.core.nic.in/? Indian govt. website and awaiting their response.

I understand what you are going through....I have filed a complaint at www.core.nic.in/? Govt. website, Ministry of Consumer Affairs. I went through a lot before deciding to start complaining everywhere about it.

I understand your predicament...It is the worst internet provider in the world I think....I have been suffering from their harassing executives to pay the nonexistent dues. I have filed a complaint at www.core.nic.in/? Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Govt. of India and awaiting their response.

But beware when the service becomes bad and if you want to get out, they won't let you go, they will keep sending the bills even after u clear all the dues. Read my post and u will understand.

Read May 2012 as May 2013.
I forgot to mention, the service engineers are the only good people (may be because they are not employees but contractors and they have contracts with companies like IBM, AirTel, etc)
