Ask that lawyer which law college study he has done, he has to send notice and then file a case, not to file a case in 1 hour and then send notice. Ask him to send notice your lawyer will do the needful. Hope this will help.

Thanks I was about to pay on-line for two pair of shoes because you save Rr 160 if if you pay on-line instead of cash on delivery. Better be COD atleast in case of non delivery i dont have to follow them for refund.
