After a 2 month effort for clearing this, I get a call from Support saying a Clerk made an entry error, so sorry !! I have a wildfire and thot I can share my exp. I spend 5 minutes a week to maintain it and it stays in good condition. Go to Settings / SD and phone storage. There should be about 40 mb available in phone memory. If not, go to Settings/ Applications/ Manage Apps. Tab to All, and Sort by Size. Open read more...

Thanks all for your comments. @ nihal - since this phone has only one camera, and that is on the back, not the screen side, it is no use for video calling. For VC you need to buy a two camera / swivel camera phone.
