Even i am facing a similar problem. No replacement. No proper service center that too in a city like bangalore.. DELL SUCKS !!

Its horrible. Speed was not Low, But now its too low, WORST and Costly for this type of interrupted serivice. You cannot upload or download anything. it takes hours. I opted fro unlimited plan 600/month, but my usage will not be more that 200mb in total, because of poor speed, i cannot download or u read more...
