Version Next's service was so terrible that their contract was canceled by Times of Money in 2007. I know this because I was lasing with them at the time and everyone at Times of Money was sick of their bad attitude, poor customer service, bad response time (72-84 hrs). Cybersquatting is considered a punishable offense by the CBI as under the IT Act 2008. If anyone has been affected by cybersquatters you make take legal action against them and send them to jail - where they belong!

wanted to try getting a new connection (Vashi). Called up the customer care number. Was on the phone for 15 mins, After getting a request number no engineer or salesman from Tikona showed up to install the service. No one bothered to give me an update. Its as if they couldn't care less. I'm glad I d read more...
yes i agree - on the corporate level - its really really bad. But, when I used the 1st bath of data cards (huwaie) which were company provided - the service (connectivity) was quite good.
