Completely agree their quality is cheap. I got a lavie bag in shoppersstop for 3400 and less than 6 months the straps on all corners began to tear!!! Such a worthless product....pure robbery by the company!!

nickandre - all I can say is you are the luckiest person on earth to have a hitachi ac working for 5 years. oh the headaches you don't have to deal with their customer service and ofcourse the money you've put into buying the ac not going wasted!!!

We have hell lot of issues with hitachi ac and the bigger problem is the technician is unable to resolve the issue since one year. now they are saying it is out of warranty and we need to pay for their visit!! I am ready to pay if they can fix it...but if they just visit and leave i cannot!!!!!! Suc Read More...
