I want to know that ur problem is solved or not they deserve a kick and violence we should go to there dipartment and take our money back either respectfully otherwise violently

I think ur money will be refunded if u paid them from ur credit card but give them cancellation request by calling them their customer care no and be sure they provide u complaint no and note down the executive name
If u are in Mumbai go to Tikona office dont call to there customer care because they are pathetic and illitrate . Otherwise U should call and give some galis to them then they esclate ur problem to there senior department. Otherwise ur time will be wasted on them.
