hey, your and mine (mumbai) experience matching. Though i had billing problem. Cutomer Service tell they get back....next morning mail saying ''you reqest has been closed, hope you're satisfied''. infact it sounds you're forced to be satisfied. I hope you've changed the provider like i did.
