Hey This continues...they sent me legal notice which accused me of cheating and charged under IPC 420 etc....sic. So I kept quite, just to see what would be their next action. Hi guys, I am back after my last comment 6 months back. Yesterday, (Saturday 24-9-2011) I got a call from Tata Indicom customer service happily announcing 30% discount on remaining amount to be paid. hey, your and mine (mumbai) experience matching. Though i had billing problem. Cutomer Service tell they get back....next morning mail saying ''you reqest has been closed, hope you're satisfied''. infact it sounds you're forced to be satisfied. I hope you've changed the provider like i did.
