hi, What good customer service ???? I had ordered china mobile phone in diwali 2017, sent back immediately as not working, NOW march 2018 not received refund they are still processing refund of rs 800.

i do not use internet yet i got a bill of 870 rs in three days as wap useage !! and my outgoing was disconnected ! Even an Sms to port the number did not go through ! i will go to consumer court

when I asked them the procedure to port my number they blocked my sms service !!

i too had frustating times with Aircel and when i wanted to port my mumber they blocked my sms service ! now i plan to go to consumer court!
