We expect an actual review instead of a place to ask questions. On what basis the ratings were provided on Quality and Durability, Sound, Cooling. Service etc. This is a flawed review. A forum would be a better place to ask questions.

I too had a bad experience with Letsbuy.com. They have only one department which is working, which is their communications. Somebody will post a response here soon stating that your problem will be resolved quickly and that they have assigned a care associate (or something to you). Same happened to read more...
