Hey, one of the reasons for smoke in the exhaust could be that more than the required amount of engine oil has been filled , that is propelling up the oil splinters into the combustion chamber causing incomplete combustion, leading to smoke in the exhaust. Hey Dear, Are you sure, you own a Bullet machismo 500CC Bike???????? That bike was never so cheap!!!!! I bought Bullet Machismo350 CC in April2008 and that costed me Rs10,5000/-.... Dear , Would really suggest you to go for Hunk or Yamaha Gladiator.125 it is really a v. Good bike. If you want to cures your faith then you can go with XCD ('Exceed 'as it sounds) 125... there is nothing precious except reterding technology in that bike!!
