If you are indeed planning to buy BIG TV, just make sure that sign the forms only after confirming that all the channels you expect to be able to watch, are actually available, and that you have some kind of documentary evidence given to you regarding that. Regarding reliability I guess all Fiat vehicles are reliable. Fuel consumption will depend on your driving pattern, the traffic congestion, and the speeds you attempt.
