I too agree with this....infact some of the commenters asked what exactly is the problem.....let me tell you. When I approached with my payslip to the SBI branch they said they will try to consider the maximum amount possible from my CTC. Dude!!! The problem lies with most home loan lending institutions. I have one with LIC housing finance and my principal since the last 2 yrs has reduced by 36k out of 1000k. The interest that is deducted in the last 2 yrs is more than 200k. You need to always keep a tab on your home loan inspite of read more...
