I read your review on Air Deccan. Such sort of incidents happen very frequently with Air Deccan. The main problem with them is that they operate on limited fleet, but cover almost twice the number of destinations as jet or Indian Airlines.. Hence, these sort of situations always happen. I think you are certainly wrong.. There are specific numbers that you need to dial, and it varies from city to city. Pls check www.tataindicombroadband.com. Moreover, its not a toll free number.
