I agree with you. I order regularly from licious. Min two orders per week. They never deliver in 90min. False advertising. I even doubt of freshness sometimes. Only thing I admire is packing. Which goes to the bin!

had same problem . they held my money for 1.5months. order was cancelled as per their wish. customer care is the worst. i think flipkart should streamline their operation instead of trying to become amazon.

write to skoda directly. its a fault of stupid dealer. you have been tricked with a faulty vehicle. Also approach auto car India. you may get justice.

its basically due to poor storage and shipping. even dealer is equally responsible. you will be shocked to see dealer stockyards.open air yards. had been to one. few windows were partially open. few inches of dust and grime. direct sunlight and rain.sick.

even i had similar problem. took 1.5months to get my refund . with tens of mails and calls. i stopped buying from flip kart. also stopped recommending as it is a bigger risk.

i can understand ur problem. never buy expensive items online . online purchase should be limited to 1000 rs. my experience says that.
