Hi mr abhishek, cancellation shouldnt be allowed with out of stock reason, since the product is still available at a higher price on their site. so non availability is definitely not the reason

Yes very true. Same experience with me on order number 3029053013. They said the item is packed and readyfor courier pickup twice and eventually cancelled it saying out of stock. The item is still available at a higher price now.the customer service iseven worse.

Agreed, i had similar experience with order nbr 3029053013. Never will i order again from here.
