The problem with the E61 is the software - Symbian 60 really sucks. And, if you have only gmail set up on your phone, definitely do not bother with this phone. I decided to upgrade from 6230 because my phone would not open attachments. Found out that the E61 has problems opening emails!!! If you read more...

I don't know if it is sheer co-incidence or not, but two days after posting this review, Philips sent me a new remote for the product.
