Regretfully I am also the owner of i20 from last 2 months. I found I am driving a second hand Maruti 800 car. It does not have pick up, it does not climb the flyover in 5th gear, Body is very fragile, Over all very very decision of buying i-20. Great regrets to be owner of i-20

VERY TRUE IT IS THE LOUSIEST COMPANY I HV CAME ACROSS. I HAVE THE SAME EXPERIENCE PLEEEEESE DON'T BUY O'GENERAL AC AT ALL. THEY DO NOT GIVE ANY SERVICE IN DELHI. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM ARORA HOME COLLECTION, KALKAJI MAIN MARKET, NEW DELHI. HE IS ANOTHER CROOK IN THE TOWN.

You are absolutly right. First of all they will not understand the problem and the person will never forword his/her phone to technical expert. We have stopped talking to the Call Center Support. They will make your connection worse by their recorded and set guidelines

1.Don't you think it is not safe to have LPG or CNG cylinders inside the car i.e. small car. If it would have been in the esteem then it would be much better. 2. LPG pumps are still not like the CNG pumps you have to hunt for LPG pumps and if it is not nearby to your route then filling the LPG will read more...
