Yes, their delivery system is not 'working couples' friendly. Some months back, they used to have 2 delivery cycles. Yes, the customer care of BigFlix is of no use - they can only file a complaint. Once filed, I doubt whether anyone works on it. I would suggest you to visit a BigFlix store and sort out the problems there as the store personnel have the contact numbers of the city management.
