@Xtreme_KK ...yes I did get my money back. They initiated refund on 23rd FEB. They said it will take 7-8 working days and that all depends on bank. I recieved my money on 26th FEB.
Dont accept points. Take refund. I did the same .They didnt metion any policy realted to points in their site. Alteast in cancellation or refund.Keep sharing your stories so that others will become aware .

They refunded my money as well .End of the day pepperfry is responsible to return my money as I paid it to them only .

After so many conversations through chat, mail and over phone at last on 16th FEB they agreed to cancel my order as I proved that it is their fault for not shipping in time .They asked me not do receive the item when the courier contacts me for delivery. We should not accept those points. What is the use when we don't want want to continue business with them? What is the guarantee that they will deliver us the product if we order it by using their points ? They didn't mention ianywhere in their website about the refund in points. They cant even investigate for the delayed shipement within promised time , then how can they deliver before the promised time ?

True ...the user is not the real customer of Pepperfry.
Why should she be ready to accept the points ? When she is not interested to shop any more with pepperfry how those points will be useful? When they deducted the money in the form of money they should pay it back in the form of money.
